I feel like I lost weight faster per day when I fast even when I account for calories, its like my TDEE speeds up when fasting even though I feel like a low energy piece of shit. Idk, I can't bear to do a slow cut anymore, dealing with the scale fluctuations is mental torture. Plan is to continue until I cannot bear it anymore.

You'll get better soon. Running a HM feels as hard as a 5k did for me at first, and a 5k barely feels like a workout.
