Try spray painting the sole black, or painting the whole shoe white or grey or olive, so it makes the shoe more monochrome and a little less "tech wearish" and more of a boot/sneaker boot

But if you want something cheap in the mean time, you can order a cheap pair of monochrome canvas hi sneakers like pf flyers, converse, some cheapass gook knockoffs for $15, palladiums, etc..
