I feel you, the important thing is acknowledging that you need to change the behavior. I've a similar problem and am working on addressing it now. Jumped from hobby to hobby to hobby only to find I wasn't actually doing anything with the skills. Working on filling that hole with something else and putting my money towards more long term endeavors. It's tough though once you get into those patterns. We'll make it bro.
