It's called Shalwar Kameez. These are traditional clothing from South Asia.
Just find a Pakistani tailor and ask him. But I am sure you can find these on the internet very cheap. If you need good materials then go to market for selecting the material of your choice and then go to tailor. Or own plenty of these fits so I can send you one for free, kek.

Here the pricing goes like this for a good-tier outfit of an adult:
