You need to take it to someone for the Seiko 5. They general have garbage movements in them so the watchmaker you take it to will just replace the whole thing for $60 or so. What happened is you probably knocked the impulse out of the pallet seat or it's magnetized. Ionno until I or they take a look.

Miyota:
Just get one that fits. Are you going to replace the face and hands too or do you want the whole thing to come together? If you want it put together you can also go to a watchmaker for that. Also a quartz costing $500 from Citizen? Wtf?!??!
