>~100 calories of cream/sugar in my coffee.
>400 calories of rice for lunch.

I'm trying to stay within 1,500 cal a day, the closer to 1,000 the better. I'm 6'1", 155 lbs, and I'm not even sure 1,500 is enough to make me start shrinking. fml

Maybe tomorrow will be better. Breakfast is the one meal I can tolerate skipping, so I'll do that instead of trying to skimp on lunch/dinner, since those are the times my father usually messes with me about eating.
