Soo...I'm getting pretty skinny and loving it but I am running into a problem. I want to do more exercise BUT my energy is very easily sapped since I eat less now. Basically I go on a stationary bike and just do super high resistance in bursts because I want to build leg music and a bigger, stronger rear end. If I try to do prolonged cardio it feels really counter-intuitive because it feels like I don't have the fuel for that.

So my question is as long as I eat enough after the high resistance workout, do you think I can build lower body muscle just doing that?
