You have to actually have a badass personality and not portray a fake badass self-image of yourself. You'll look inappropriate as fuck.

However, to sort of answer your question, bad ass outfits would consist of:
black or white silouettes (no more than 3 colors)
slim tshirts for a built upperbody
black or dark jeans
a necklace with some sort of meaning behind it
tattoos
a leather jacket or denim jacket for a built body
long hair or short hair

basically don't put a lot of effort into your fashion but still appear clean.
