Can I get some advice here?

I'm not sure if I should let my hair grow out, or cut it. It's kind of in an awkward middle stage right now.

Ignore the shit on my face, I haven't shaved in a few days, and I've tried just about everything for the acne. I've kind of given up on ever being attractive, but I'd still like to have a decent haircut at least.
