hey fa. where can i find a sweater with a tight neck hole? i would perfer wool but the neck is the important. i would like to spend less than 60 im a poor college fag.

I usually wear jeans and a tee shirt. Since coming to /fa/ I've started to improve that combo to an acceptable level rather than 'walmart-core'.
I have a specific black sweater in mind that I want to get, and do something like Raf's uniform, but I find dress shirts awkward for some reason. I like the strechiness of tee shirt material, I find them more comfortable usually. A side issue I have with sweaters is that I don't know what to do with my hands

We don't have Uniqlo, H&M etc here, and they don't ship here. What am I supposed to do?
