I've started an extreme diet since Monday, most days I eat less than 600 or 700 calories and I have one cheat day in which I can consume up to 2150 calories. I am also doing exercise throughout all of this, mostly on my stationary bike. The + refers to the amount of calories I've consumed in that day and - the amount of calories I've burned. Everything was going fine until today. I woke up at 4 pm to take the dog out for a walk, a quick one at that, when I came back I smoked a cigarette at my front door and then I hit the bell so my roommate could open up the door. When I got into the elevator I began feeling nauseous and light headed and when I got out of the elevator and entered my apartment things got even worse. I was feeling extremely lightheaded, I felt like I was about to puke ( I didn't) and my body was burning up.

Could this be a result of my shitty diet plan?
