ok friends im 5'8 and 135lbs which isnt even that light, but when i posted my body here and on /fit/ the consensus was that i sorely needed to put on some muscle, so im gonna start hitting the gym tomorrow

my plan is to bulk very cleanly at 2500cal/day, hopefully putting on close to 1lb a week, and only cut when i reach around 70kg

as for my gym routine, what do you guys recommend? im currently thinking of starting with a bodybuilding routine modified to have very low weights (im extremely weak) and no squats (gotta keep my legs skinny)

ill probably try working out 3 times a week, and go for a run 2-3 times a week. any thoughts? i really want to hit that sweet spot of looking ottermode with my clothes off but looking like a skinny hedi body with my clothes on
