for the first like 40-45lbs i had a calorie cap of 1,200 a day, i tracked everything with mfp and pretty much never exercised
recently i've been restricting to 800-1,000 calories a day. i don't *plan* for any cheat days but they still happen because i have poor self control. recently i have taken up IF and i think it's helped

is it possible to get the weight-loss benefits of veganism by practicing it intermittently? i'm open to trying it and i know a lot of in-recovery anorexics go vegan so they can get back to eating without gaining much weight, but is this like an all-or-nothing situation? like if i ever put skim milk in my tea again will i have just been wasting my time?

anyone have ocd here and it sorta helps you with the calorie counting? i know someone posted above about weight loss being harder with ocd but i think for me its easier
