as an american i tend to find very agreeable prices for designer items on UK based websites. like for instance in bloomingdales a pair of armani jeans goes for $225-$275, while on a british site they sell the same pair for "full price" at around $150 USD, and then go on sale for a little more than half or even half that price. also around 10 or so years ago i would find almost $300 D&G diffusion line belts for around $100 and change. i used to actually think the UK based sites sold fakes since the prices were so low. maybe its because of the "football casual" culture but i find that british clothing sites have the best designer clothes selections

i honestly dont know that many high waisted pairs of jeans around, but if youre looking for high waisted jeans similar to a levis 501 under $150, i suggest getting diesel larkee or viker. or armani j31 regular fit jeans. both on sale. all those jeans have a higher than usual waist. im gonna have to admit that armani j31 fit jeans are gonna be kind of hard to find because armani discontinued that cut. they only have the j21 which is basically the same thing except a lower waist and a button fly instead of a zip fly.

i would recommend armani exchange's j65 fit jeans but im sure theyre much baggier than what youre looking for. j66 as well but again, its low waisted. armani's exchange line is supposed to be the "trendy" "young" label

levi's makes a good slim straight. their 511 fit jeans are slim but theyre comfortable enough to wear every day. they dont squeeze your balls or restrict leg movement. i can say the same about diesel's buster and thavar fit jeans.

g star's jeans fit ridiculously slim. i have a pair of slim straight jeans that i got for $20 at the macy's clearance rack, they legitimately fit like skinny jeans. and theyre not stretch either so theyre very stiff. try g star's regular straight fit jeans. im sure they fit like a normal slim fit.

another honorable mention is emporio armani jeans j45 fit jeans. if you get past the metal logo badge on the back right pocket armani makes a solid pair of everyday jeans

i dont care about jean fabrics or origins because im not a fucking cuck weeaboo.

i buy and wear jeans that i think look good. and as long as they dont get wrecked after wearing them a few times or washing them, who the fuck cares?
