at most high end fancy schmancy male barbershops that offer you whiskey and beer while you wait, it's like $21 - $30 a haircut, $15 for "a buzz" (which could mean no clipper buzz or fade, depending on how much your barber likes you). it's like $45 - 50 for a full haircut, and full beard shave.

It'd probably look fine if you got the longer part cut a little shorter. There's just too much contrast in length.

Or you can push it over and style it like the hard part (pic related). Not sure how it would look with your hair length though.
