Used to have severe acne from the age of 13-20 and acne between 20-23. I'm 24 now and acne free. Not even a single pimple.

I tried virtually everything. Cremes, vitamins, changing pillows etc. Nothing helped.

I started to go to business school 2 years ago and learned a lot about manipulating people into buying shit they don't need.

I realized I bought shit I didn't need. The skin care industry has no intention to cure your acne. Why would they? You'd just stop buying their products.

I stopped using any products a year ago and when water touched my face it was during showering. My skin went from bad to worse because it had to adjust itself to product free care. A year later my skin produces healthy oils and acid that takes care of bacteria.

Don't be fooled /fa/. Your body is the product of millions of years of evolution. You think some greedy fucks know better what your skin needs than your skin itself?
