Nobody cares what you autists think, and here's why:

When normies see someone dressed in a dark (or even just unusual) outfit witha weird hairstyle they call it "goth". Most know nothing about music outside of their favorite top 40 pop/hip-hop/classic rock/country radio station, and certainly can't tell the difference between gothic rock, deathrock, black metal, industrial rock, aggrotech etc. And they sure cannot differentiate between the associated fashion.
And here's the real kicker. If you actually spend any time in a goth club, you will see that there is a huge crossover. The vast majority of individuals are fans of multiple genres, and incorporate elements from all of them in their personal styles.
