Techwear girl here, this thread is... not it.

1) Okay seriously why are you asking for a "water-resistant" girlfriend instead of a moisture wicking one? Do you know how sex works?

2) Cut the possessiveness even though it's like mock/4chan "ironic"/whatever. Also "coom" is maybe the most cringeworthy and turnoffy sex verb ever.

3) Be open and empathetic, go push yourself deep into stuff you think is cool and engage with the people you meet there as people. Some of them will be women and some will fancy you.
