Guys seem to freak out about being underweight or even under a normal weight really easily. I've seen guys in here with a BMI of 20 say they think they've gone too far.

You need to make yourself aware of the calorie content of things. Like, if you're craving ice cream in the afternoon, remind yourself that that means you'll have a lot less calories left for the rest of the day and you'll maybe be hungry at your bedtime. Just consider whether something is really worth all of the calories you'll lose to it. Also, maybe try restricting less so you can actually keep your diet up. Your TDEE is around 2500 kcal so maybe eat 2000 kcal for a week and if that goes well, you can go down like 100 kcal a week.
