I'm currently in the process of losing weight. Will I be able to make it /fa/

Went on /fit/ years ago to learn how to build muscle because I was sort of skinny. Well, I perma bulked for a good year and then went off to college where I stopped lifting and I ate like shit. Gained 60 lbs in like 2 years. Had no motivation to get skinny other than just my parents calling me fat and being a lonely fuck. But at first I didn't really think it was my fatness that made me lonely and sad, I thought it was because I dressed like shit. So I went on /fa/ and asked what I could do and everybody told me I couldn't do shit until I lost weight. So 3 months later I'm down 30 lbs and got a ton of inspo saved for when I finally reach my goal. Dressing nicely is the only motivation I have right now for losing weight.

Pic related was me 3 months ago. I only lost 30 lbs, but the difference /fa/ made to my appearance is much more substantial. I've been taking care of my face and growing out and taking care of my hair. I shaved off the goattee the other day and I really like it. Just waiting until the clothes part.

this. I've noticed that when starting at a buzz cut length, if you let it grow out, your sides get too long for the top. So just keep cutting the sides short. Once the top of your hair gets long enough, it doesn't look bad when your hair goes above a 2 level length. Therefore when you keep growing it out, if your top is a few inches longer than the sides, it should avoid that awkward mid length everybody complains about.

pic is me, ignore the fact that I'm fat. I've lost like 30 lbs since lurking /fa/ and the only thing I've been able to work on is my hair. on the left you can see how the hair on the sides is too long for the top, but on the right you can see it's the same length except the top is longer. I'm just gonna let it all grow out or keep it at this length, I haven't decided yet.
