No idea, my dude. Mine naturally looks like that, but a haircut like that looks like shit from the back. Just a bunch of hair and some of it is straight because the curls don't support the weight of the long hair. Looks nice from the front though.

If you don't have it naturally, put coconut oil in it and let it soak before you shower, then don't use too much shampoo and don't dry it with a towel. Let the wet hair group together into thick "strands" (pic related) or something and push them up so they curl up. You can do this with a towel and it will dry the hair too. But don't separate the hair. Then just let it dry without touching it too much and you should end up with that. My friend with straight/wavy kinda thick hair does this to get curls or something and it works great.
