You can find SOO many cool fucking black pants on taobao/aliexpress
And they usually only cost like $25-$45 and are fucking neato
Id personally use them for techninja/cyberpunk/lunarcore fits but theyd also work great with rick fits too

Just type in things like "techwear pants" or "cargo jogger" or "yeezy cargo pants" or crap like that and you'll eventually start to find soke weird cool cargo techy/streetwear looking black pants that you can use to make many different fits

Also a site called "guylook. com" had some gasmask cargo replicas a few yrs ago and i really REALLLLLY wanted them
(Like fucking bad) never actually got around to ordering them and now idk where you can find gas mask cargo reps, probably can find it on jap taobao but it was much easier to fknd on the guylook site and were only like $60
