It's not just that it's ugly on the outside, it creates ugliness on the inside too. Insecurity about it makes people insufferable. They start to hate others for being thin or being able to pull off clothes they like. They put others down for dieting when in fact those others are simply making healthy choices. Their lack of personal responsibility over their own health and body doesn't end there. They often refuse to take responsibility for other things in their life and become more focused on blaming others and outside forces for their misfortunes, then they don't need to work at improving any aspect of their lives. They're generally lazy and don't really put hard work into anything, not even the things they claim they care about. Forget ever going on a hike with them. If you are that rare fatty who genuinely is not insecure and an otherwise good person then I wish you the best. As long as you're not being delusional about it.

tl;dr being fat is the ultimate lifestyle choice red flag
