>sleeping pattern is completely fucked
>tried to stay up all day to fix it but ended up sleeping 2:30 pm until 8 pm because I accidentally fell a sleep watching tv
>now I feel tired but energetic at the same time and it's 10:30 pm so I'll be up really late again tonight
>recently met a girl who I'd consider my soulmate but she already has a bf, but the way she acts around me baffles me, like she's over-friendly, so now I'm thinking about her all day which makes my head even more of a mess
>think I probably have anxiety, depression and some for of add because I can't find the will to do anything and my attention span is so so limited this lately
>I'm NEET and could use all this free time to do things, fix my life, tidy my room, play games, make music, etc, but I just end up doing nothing at all
