>Yeah. I was doing really well maintaining and I got some voluntary work to build up my CV/resume,
You going to university now? What do you want to do?

>mum's started being awful again now the whole justoutofhospital thing has subsided.
Yeah. When I was younger I struggled with drugs and when I got clean there was this honeymoon period where my dad was so nice to me. Didn't last long. Slowly they revert back to how they were before.

>osteopenia.
Does that clear up?

>This place gets really uncomfy sometimes but you're really sweet. Keep posting Miamifriend. <3
It does have its moments. Lately it hasn't been as good, but I'm confident it will get better. It seems like in the past it has gone in waves and it only takes a small catalyst to get lots of good posters. You are sweet as well. I'm glad your back. Comfyposters are best posters.

I had a lot of success with it and still do 16:8 most days even maintaining. Dr. Jason Fung has some great information on it. One of the best videos is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIuj-oMN-Fk for getting a general overview of why fasting is useful. Once you get the basic mechanisms that make it work, it becomes much more intuitive to use. I'd say you should start with a 16:8 and then try 23:1 IF. It takes some time to get used to it, but, you adjust and end up a lot less hungry. You also will learn a lot about hunger. One of the most valuable lessons for me with fasting is that hunger comes in waves, and that eating doesn't seem to actually make me less hungry in the long run. If I eat at 8am, I'm starving by 11am. If I skip breakfast, I'm only marginally hungry for lunch at 12:30.

Yeah, none of that looks very good to me either. The meat looks greasy, and fried rice always has too much salt and doesn't have an interesting taste, and all of that sauce looks too sweet.

>Your opinion on hydroxycut?

It's great for energy, it gives me a bit of a boost during work. Don't know if it actually has helped me lose weight since I'm intermittent fasting anyways.

>What's they longest you've gone before?

4 days then I did my cheat day. After that another 3 days.

>Have you noticed if it gets harder or easier the more/longer you fast?

It gets just a bit harder. You will even dream about food but you'll be fine as long as you stay hydrated like froggo says.
