I mostly wear simpler stuff: black or grey jeans, solid tees, neutral sweaters, dark hoodies, rick leather jackets, vintage wool coats.

I'm leaning towards the raf velcro highs.

I still need some clean white sneakers (preferably leather) but I don't have any money left for Achilles lows. Should I save or just go for a Kent Wang lower quality copy?

I am looking to cop my first serious pair of sneakers. I found out the Nike Flyknit Racer Multicolors that I own and have only worn a handful of times but no box are reselling for $500.
With this budget I have found CPs Black Mid Achilles from Ebay brand new for $400 and some 7/10 Raf Simons Black Hi Top Velcros for $300 on Craigslist.

I know Rafs are "pour la vie" how long would my CPs last if I wore them 4/5 times a week? Can you get the soles replaces etc?

I think the Rafs look better but the CPs are more versatile and can be dressed up if needed. Is there another comfortable shoe in that price range that can be cool and formal or do you think Rafs can also be dressed up?
