Looks ncie but I prefer >>12779661 style. I currently own a pair of 1951 koreanw ar army boots pic related and i been reconditioning them. I am using scuff remover/quick polish to give them a decent coat after all the damn conditioning I been using on them Theyre a bit darker and some of the tan spots are now darker than the original color, well of what of the surface leather came off that is

Hi /fa/ I got a pair of old us military boots from 1951 un issued, they look great but the leather was stiff so I did 2 applications of huberts shoe oil and saddlesoap afterwards, I let the saddlesoap application dry overnight and I got some shoe cream to polish them today. As I was ap0plying the polish the shoe cream started to harden up and even made some small polish balls during the process, so I then got a shining brush and started to shine the boot but the sallesoap may have been the issue of not having a full shine on my boots, is there a good way to get rid of that residue?
