If you're keeping skinny to look pretty in five years you'll look the same, still pretty but nothing has changed and life is all about change

lifting three times a week (2 of your 168 hours) will promote growth
and you don't even have to bulk, gaining half a pound a month is still 12 pounds of muscle which isn't even taking into account noob gains and the fact IT IS A BYPRODUCT OF A HEALTHY STRONGER HAPPIER LIFE

Im not skinny shaming but truely please stop harming yourself and deluding yourself thinking being lean is healthy and /fa/, you'll have a happier life eating properly and excercising
