I used to wear mechanical watches but even the most compact case ones I wore used to be too tiresome to wear all day while typing away.

I couldn't justify the hassle for what was essentially just jewelry since I used to look at my phone most of the time to tell the time.

So I took the fitness tracker pill. This thing costs 50 euro, tracks my cycling distance, sleep schedule, heart rate and I no longer have to keep my phone close to see notifications. It's a productivity boost as I don't have to check my phone for every notification, I can just look at my wrist and if it's important I can act upon it.

It doesn't look half bad either, I will put a nato on it on some point.
