Breilting probably makes the best chronograph movement that's on the market (B01).

BUT... you buy a new 1861/1863 Speedmaster and get a huge discount, or you can buy a limited edition Grand Seiko.

Keep in mind chronographs have huge servicing costs.

All in all, buy what you like and don't let others influence you.
