It seems like I've lost my ability to judge when to stop eating.

Mummy is out of town so no bread free tendies. I have to go to the Whole Foods tomorrow and get some pre cooked or packaged food for the weekends, what should I get? Whenever mummy leaves I always have too much sodium.

I miss bonganon. I hope she's doing okay.

I hate that I always take things too far. I should have never gotten so heavy into the coffee as an appetite suppressant.

I never do anything in moderation and then I end up fucking myself up.

I agree with this and I just keep trying to fix it but I can't and I feel like I'll be miserable my whole life and no one will ever love me. I keep getting older and despite all my efforts I can't seem to change and it's just so exhausting.
