What we all got in mind for summer? Thinking of just copping one or two nice pairs of black and/or neutral shorts, maybe a pair of Stan Smiths and pairing it with nice plain shirts from Uniqlo or something. Maybe another pair of shoes to mix it up a bit as well.

I think you have too many shoes to start with. There's no need for vans if you get CPs, and I don't think you should cop the NBs or docs at the same time as everything else.

I'd get grey jeans too, just my personal recommendation. Maybe get some sweat shorts from H&M, fits like pic related are good for hot days.

Get a white oxford shirt and a light blue oxford shirt too. Just Ts might get sort of boring. Buy band shirts very sparingly, I wouldn't cop more than 1 or 2.

Don't get a black cardigan. I wouldn't reccommend getting any cardigan at all, it doesn't fit with anything else you have here. Sweatshirt and bomber are good.
