i had 1/2 a tortilla wrap (75kcal) with 2oz of sliced turkey (50kcal), 1 slice of american cheese (55kcal), 2 slices of tomato (6kcal) and lettuce (4kcal)
and then about 5oz of honeydew (50kcal)

yes, always drink more water (unless you've already had like 3+ liters)
and try to distract yourself thoroughly. find something you can become so engrossed in that you forget to eat
in the future you should focus on eating more vegetables, 100cal of broccoli is way more filling than 100cal of bread etc

but honestly if i had to guess, eat more broccoli or beef (if u eat beef ...) to like try and raise your iron levels? if you're eating sub 1200 calories that should probably be your new limit for the week

eat things that are good for you, don't eat things that are bad.
>good:
vegetables, fruits, nuts, white meat, whole grains
>bad:
processed foods, snacks, pastries, bleached anything, shit with too much salt, anything that seems ... "heavy"

eat like someone who already has their life together. the goal is to form good habits so in the future you can eat "right" not "diet"

i worry about keeping my carbs and dairy low because i want to prevent bloating, other than that it really makes no difference in weight loss if youre eating at a deficit
