It's not just height, anon. Tall and slim heels require you to be tall and slim and have a sleek fit.
Wider, squarer heels are for working men.

Also unironically, there is a sweet spot on heel height and arch support that makes a boot more comfortable. a 1 3/8" heel is called a walking heel in the southwest. Taller than that is a riding heel. Lower than that is a formal heel. It depends on your needs.

If you're wearing chelseas, I assume you're going for this look. Albeit, you've opted for lower heels and fatter toes.

So wear pants similar to what they're wearing in pic, but less slick.
