It's not that simple, but to answer your question, it would depend on the client and the listing.
Presence and demeanor account for a lot, too. I try to look like a human being for closings, but it's always really casual, just raws and an open, unironed shirt.

I think the second fit is great, looks like a more "widely acceptable" (for lack of a better term) version of your first fit that would slide under the radar in most places but still turn the right heads and set you apart from the crowd in a good way. I love the bomber and I think you should consider a closer haircut, both in keeping with the semi-militaristic roots of the style and because you look like you can work it.
