New Turtle guy from a few threads ago. I'm finding its accuracy now changes quite a bit depending on what position I leave in it. All within +2-8s/day but it's not very consistent. Is this just life with a cheap auto? It was shipped from Seiko to my door.

Seiko turtle guy here. After three days it's running about +9 per day. I've never really been into automatics so is this normal for cheap mechanical watches? I know the "official" specs are +30s but I don't understand how anyone could live with that. Have quarts movements given me unrealistic expectations?
