Ah I didn't know that. I inherited mine. My uncle bought it back in the early 1970s, wore it a few times and then had it in storage since. I still think it was the first automatic chronograph, regardless.

I still have the original box and leather strap. I took it off since it was flawless and got a contemporary Breitling strap to actually wear it.
