That's why we have terms like shitter. It's all those mid tier and entry level luxury brands with eta/sellita based movements. Good value shitters are below $1000, then around 2k you pay for name and nicer designs from brands like Longines, Oris etc. After that you have this gap between 3-5k where you should be careful what you spend money on and should definitely look for used ones.
