The Suicidals were notorious for laying down brutal beatings and stabbings at punk shows in LA throughput the 80’s. For this reason, Suicidal Tendencies were eventually banned entirely from performing in Los Angeles whatsoever. My suggestion for you is to research Chicano style as well the 80’s punk gangs that terrorized LA during this period including the Suicidals, Circle One/The Family, Los Angeles Death Squad (LADS), and even La Miranda Punks. Through this, perhaps you may be able to glean enough swag to finally pull off some cheeky long socks.
