Got rid of my acne but it left scars in my face so bad. My skin looks like its full of bullet holes.

Any good ways to get rid of acne scars.
Alpha-hydroxy acid isn't available over here and neither is Retin-A, so I can't use an OTC chemical peel. I'm far to poor and frugal to pay for microdermabrasion or anything like that.

I have so bio-oil, but I'm afraid that my flare up my acne. I took the internet's advice and started using baking soda face masks and putting lemon juice on my face every 2nd day, but it hasn't really had any effect.
