Yes but its all about the particular specimen. I picked up a ks with help from a wiser anon who did all the hard work and even then there were problems, it was sold as 'serviced' with timograph proof showing +2spd,when it arrived to me it was losing 30 seconds a day. Had to take it to a private watchmaker to take a look at it and even then it came back to me with not much improvement. It all depends on the specimen.

Another choice is paying extra for heritage reissue models released in this decade that accurately reflects vintage watches created back when watch designers actually knew what the fuck they were doing. This is money going to waste, but it is a more reliable end.
