basically shampoo by itself is not a complete mistake
but, the way a normal person is going to use it, is gonna make it a fucking menace for most peoples hair and headskin
most people are gonna use too much of it, too often, and not considering their hair type
also cheap and mid range poos are hit and miss, cause someone might have a good reaction to the mix and someone might fuck their skin with the same mix, even when used properly
if you buy good quality poo and conditioner and consult a hair dresser/pharmacist/cosmetician/someone who knows their shit but is not at that moment also trying to sell you something, then go for it
otherwise use soap, read up, and after a few weeks start experimenting, learn to use enough shampoo, how to rinse it, and how your skin reacts
also
never ever use anti-dandruff anything because it will fuck you up
the solution for dandruff is to stop using poo, and start using conditioner
