calories are good. make sure the only exercise you do are bodyweight(pushups,pullups, and squats) and cardio. cardio should be done every day for optimal results but 4 days/week is fine, esp if you're fairly active in general

drink lots of water and generally eat healthy - you wanna make sure you're getting a lot of micronutrients when you're restricting macros
