I need your guys help, I'm on day 4 no poo, for some reason the texture of my hair is fucked up. Basically my hair is hard to comb through and it feels stiff and hard after getting out of the shower. Like when I was using shampoo/conditioner the comb would run right through my hair without any problems, but if I use conditioner or water only, my hair starts to feel hard/stiff ect

conditioner doesn't seem to soak into my hair like when I shampoo beforehand, so I've been using more. Basically I scrub my head while standing under warm water like you guys said, and then towel dry it afterwards

I have thick wavy hair similar to pic related
