I got this one. I like it a lot. My wife got platinum rings instead and they don't get scratched as much, if that's something you're worried about.

Here's mine. Do something simple in a precious metal. The trendy exotic dark metals stuff always looks cheesy.

No, nobody really does that. Most white wedding jewelry is white gold. Platinum is a better option, though.

I like gold or platinum, not too trendy or big. All those exotic metals/ceramics look the same and they're all kind of ugly dull black. I guess they're supposed to be more "manly" than precious metals but I think they're goofy.

I bought an engagement ring from James Allen and just got wedding bands from Tiffany's a few days ago. Both stores were really good, I would highly recommend either one. Specifically for wedding bands, JA has a much bigger selection and is obviously cheaper. I liked pic related from Tiffany, though, and it was nice to try stuff on in person.

I just bought this wedding band. I think the milgrain looks really nice but I'm a little worried it'll get rubbed smooth pretty quickly.

I think it looks great, but is yellow gold too old-mannish? It was that or platinum, I'm not a fan of trendy exotic metals or wide flat rings.
