I made a new IG a while back so idk if I still have you on there or not.
but the past few weeks I've become more and more interested into eventually getting into real estate investing
(e.g. paying $5000 downpayment for a house, then using the equity to put another down payment on another house and so on and so forth while renting them out and having that pay the mortage and keeping the rest as profit) and having a few hundred bucks coming in at first, essentially like a dividend stock would.

Then as I buy more houses eventually turning that into a few extra grand a month on top of whatever I'm doing or if I get enough properties just living off of that as well as small online businesses and/or a fun trade like barbering or tattooing

So I'd love to pick your drug addled DnB soaked brain and learn a bit from you
