Since pandemic the reliability of deliveries from Rolex has changed. They suposedly don't get the stuff as they got them pre-pandemic. Rolex literally sends them whatever and they have to work with that. Similar things with waitlists. In my AD they open and close those as they have to share their partnof the allocation between 7 or 9 shops in total.
But yeah they usually sale to whatever they want or have a relationship with.
I got talky with rep that get me on a list for 3 rlxes total. I also bought a Cartier for my wife.
