That video is misleading. He is literally pushing his toe spacer product here.
The solution to this has been around since the shoe was invented. It's called buying a shoe size that leaves at least 1/2 of an inch of space in front of your toes. Even the pic you posted, that is taken from the video, shows that he purposely showed a graphic that is not using the 1/2 inch rule to trick people into buying his crap.
