-shoulders too big, hard to tell from pic, unless you're trying to hid narrow shoulders, i'd say too big
-closed quarters not flattering, make the suit look stiff and too formal, in combination with extended shoulders makes the suit look boxy
-pants needs to be pulled up or if they are, seat of pants need to be taken in or something. the crotch should be at the center of your palm, and the jacket quarters and crotch should all meet there (in other words back of your jacket covers your butt)
-pants too long
picrel is a good example of an extended shoulder, nothing inherently wrong with it, but yours are too extended
