Used to be 110kg / 243lbs.

Current routine:
- Start my day with a 45-minute walk (college starts in the afternoon so I try to use my mornings for exercising).
- Go to the gym after (Mostly compound movements for burning more calories)
- Track daily food intake (Eat between 1000-2000 kcals).

Do not starve yourself, this will only fuck up your body (I speak out of experience). If you want to lose weight, just be dedicated and never stop improving. I know I don't have a perfect body, so who am I to say what works best.
